EARLY AND PERSONAL LIFE
Ansu Fati as he is popularly known was born in Guinea Bissau to a low class family. His father Bori Fati is an ex footballer who was also born in Guinea-Bissau.
Bori emigrated to Portugal at a young age and played for some low side clubs then moved to Seville to take a job being offered to immigrants at the time.
Bori and family struggled until he met the mayor who offered him a job as a driver.
At the age of six, Ansu and his family moved to Herrera in Seville. At the time, his older brother, Braima, had signed a professional contract with Sevilla.
Herrera in Seville was Ansu started his football journey as a six year old.
Ansu has two brothers who are both footballers. Their names are Braima Fati and Miguel Fati. It hasn’t been revealed to the public if he’s got any other siblings.
His father’s name is Bori Fati Vieira and his mother’s name is not released to the public yet.

Ansu started out playing football at age 6. Representing local team Herrera and youth teams of Sevilla. At 10 he joined the famous Barcelona la masia in 2012.
Ansu made his mark on the youth system. Scoring goals for fun and garnering comparisons with elite footballers.
It was visible at that young age he was destined for big things as he was often compared to Lionel Messi with his style of play.
Ansu is versatile and is capable of playing any position upfront. He started out as a striker but always switch positions to the wings also.
Ansu has great speed, amazing dribbling abilities, strength and almost unstoppable in one-on-one situations.
He’s also developed goal poaching instincts, adept with both feet and can shoot from any distance imaginable. Making him a real nightmare to both defenders and goalkeepers alike.
Despite all these attributes, Ansu is known to be extremely selfish and has poor decision making abilities when under pressure, these were said to be his weaknesses.
All these attributes gained in popularity in Barcelona and earned in a professional contract on 24th July 2019. On 25th August he made his debut coming on as a substitute and the rest they say is history.
On 31st August, Ansu scored his first professional goal for the club in a 2-2 draw against Osasuna.
All these came with records being shattered as he became the youngest barcelona scorer in the league and the third youngest in the entire league at just 16 years 304 days old.
Fati made his UCL debut that same season, becoming the youngest Barcelona player to appear in the competition.
Few matches later he scored the winning goal against Inter Milan and became the youngest player ever to score in the UCL.
On 23rd September 2020, Fati was officially promoted to the first team. That month was Ansu’s scoring a brace against Villarreal and another goal against Celta scooping the player of the month award in the process.
In subsequent matches, Ansu kept scoring and each goal came with records being broken. A goal against real Madrid made him the second youngest scorer against the capital club.
On 7 November, Ansu suffered a devastating knee injury against Real Betis. After undergoing surgery, Ansu was sidelined for Four months.
But he suffered numerous relapse along the way and ended up spending 9 months sidelined. He returned for the 2021-2022 season.
On August 5 2021, he resumed training and came on as a substitute after 323 days out against Levante and grabbing a goal barely 3 minutes into the game.
Born in Guinea Bissau, Ansu was eligible to represent the African country but opted for Spain after be gained Citizenship.
After receiving full citizenship barely month’s after making his la liga debut, Ansu was included in the country’s U-21 team and made his debut against Montenegro.
20 August 2020 he received his first international senior call up to Spanish team to appear in the first two matches of the nations League.
September 3 2020, he made his debut, coming on as substitute in a 1-1 draw against Germany.
On 6 September 2020, he got his first international start and also grabbed his first goal in that game against Ukraine. He became the youngest Spanish goalscorer in history.
Ansu is just 19 years old and the world is he’s for the taking. He hasn’t won too many awards but he’s got his hands on some.

Ansu has only won the Copa Del Rey with Barcelona in the 2020/2021 season.
Ansu has scored a handful of career goals so far. Professionally, he’s only represented Barcelona and the Spain national team.
In total Ansu has scored 18 goals in 55 appearances so far.
Ansu recently signed his professional contract and there’s no record of image rights and endorsement at this moment.
