“He’s a fantastic player, I like him a lot” – Graham Potter vows to make Chelsea midfielder his undisputed starter

Chelsea head coach, Graham Potter has heaped praises on fellow Englishman, Conor Gallagher calling him a fantastic player as he promised to give him more game time.
Gallagher opened his Chelsea account against his former club, Crystal Palace and after the game, the coach stressed how much he likes the midfielder.
Gallagher became a household name at Palace last season, creating mind blowing moments on the pitch which made Chelsea retain him this season.
Now, Graham Potter has stressed that he’ll help Gallagher make the England’s World Cup squad by giving him more game time.
He said :
“Conor will get his time, he’ll get his chances, he’ll get opportunities to perform,”
“Like I said, we have to try to help the team perform in a good way that all individuals can play well, and then England, that’s something out of my control.”
He continued :
“I really like him. He’s fantastic. First of all, he just gives everything every day, desperate to do well, desperate to play for Chelsea, desperate to be successful here, so that’s a great starting point.”
It remains to be seen whether Gallagher’s performances would earn him a callup to the England World Cup squad.
